Who this notice covers
Gewy Aevo is a digital and automation service brand based in Wisconsin, United States. This notice covers this informational website and inquiries sent to gewyaevo@gmail.com. It does not describe every data practice of a client's own website, accounts, or automation; those arrangements require their own agreed scope and notices.
The interactive demo
The demo uses preset fictional examples and runs in your browser. It does not submit a lead, send an email, connect to a customer account, or save a record to our live automation. Demo selections and motion settings stay in memory for the current page visit and reset when the page reloads.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, service interest, message, and optionally your business or website. When you submit, Cloudflare processes the request and, when delivery is configured, Resend sends the inquiry to our Gmail inbox. Your IP address is used for rate limiting; it is not included in the inquiry email. Form details stay in page memory until you leave or reload; they are not saved to browser storage. Email links instead open your email application, where you choose whether to send. We use correspondence to respond, discuss a project, keep necessary business records, and protect against misuse.
Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health information, or sensitive customer records. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize an automated marketing sequence. Contact-form notice updated October 20, 2026.
Website delivery and tracking
This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, third-party font requests, embedded social feeds, or cookies set by our website code. The hosting, network, or access-control services that deliver a hosted version may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, timestamps, and security logs. Their own services may use necessary cookies or authentication data.
If we add analytics, forms, advertising, or another feature that changes these practices, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent required before enabling that feature.
Service providers and sharing
Business email is handled through Gmail, provided by Google. Website delivery providers may process the technical data described above. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers as needed to handle an inquiry or project, with your direction, or where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, accounts, or legal rights.
If a project needs access to your systems or data, access and handling responsibilities should be set out in the project agreement before access is granted.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry or project, keep required business records, or resolve disputes. Technical logs and provider backups may follow the relevant provider's retention practices. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Contact gewyaevo@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Applicable privacy rights vary by where you live and which laws apply; this notice does not limit rights you have under those laws.
Children and outside services
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided. Your email service and any external sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
